No Exchanges or Refunds


    Due to the bespoke nature of our products, LA ÉTOILE does not offer exchanges or refunds. Each item is made to order, making it unique to you. This policy is in place because once an item has been customized to your specific sizes and preferences, it cannot be sold to another customer.

    Fixing or Alteration Charges

    If any alterations or fixes are required after the purchase of an abaya, a service fee of 150 QAR will be charged. This fee covers minor repairs or adjustments and must be paid before the fixing process begins.

        By completing an order, you agree to our terms and policy, including our no exchanges or refunds policy and order can take 1-2 weeks. This agreement helps ensure that our process is understood and accepted, allowing us to maintain the highest standards for our bespoke items.
